| 2. Top 10 Advice: First Year Students Join Dr. Robert Campbell, former Dean of Arts, in this Video Workshop as he presents his thoughts on things you should think about before coming to University. In “Top 10 Pieces of Advice to First Year Students” Dr. Campbell introduces various topics to get you thinking about the type of University education you want. You will also have a chance to hear some student responses to Dr. Campbell’s thoughts. |

| 3. Sexual Assault: Prevention Join Dr. Margaret Toye, in this Video Workshop on sexual assault prevention. This workshop provides information for understanding this uncomfortable topic and offers some tools for handling difficult situations. It also highlights a number of resources of where to go for additional information and assistance here at Laurier and in the K/W area. We encourage you to peruse the various sections: the one that debunks various myths about sexual assault, the one that tells stories from the most common places where sexual assault occurs, and especially, the one that features ways of saying "no." |

| 4. WLU Sex Files Join Alicia and Jenny in the video workshop on Sexual Health. They will cover topics about sexual responsibility including how to talk about sex and how to make healthy choices. This video will also provide you with information on birth control options and sexually transmitted infections. They will explain the importance of going for a medical check-up and let you know what to expect when going to see the doctor. Web links will be provided through out the video to give you additional information. |
