The Residence Learning Communities are themed residence environments developed to provide a holistic approach to student success, structured to engage, develop and inspire students at a high level in their first year at WLU. Our RLCs are designed to bring learning and growth outside the classroom and into the homes of like-minded students who share common goals and personal interests. In order to do so, the RLC Residence Life Dons tailor their efforts to the specific interests and needs of the community, bringing the students together in a meaningful way. Each community embarks on an 8-month journey that focuses on engaging the students in their passions, programs and community, growing and developing them, and inspiring them to follow a path that leads to personal and professional success.

When you are filling out your application to live in Residence, you will be given an option to select a Residence Learning Community. Choose the community that you would like from the drop-down menu and fill out the questions associated with it!
