Laurier Place

Laurier Place is located 200 yards from the edge of campus. The complex houses 238 students in apartment-style and townhouse-style living.The buildings were purchased in the summer of 1999 and completely refurnished to University standards to provide a very pleasant residence environment complete with residence life staff and programs. The buildings are managed by a team of eight residence Dons.

Each unit at Laurier Place has a full bathroom as well as a common kitchen, living room and dining room. Each unit is fully furnished (including a fridge and stove). Students must provide their own pots, pans, dishes, cutlery etc. as well as any small kitchen appliances that they may require. Laundry machines are available on site.
