I’m having trouble with viewing the Virtual Tours?
If you see an image that is sideways and won’t move the problem could be that Windows Media Player is attempting to play the tour. Although Windows Media Player will attempt to play QuickTime VRs, it can’t. Only a still, sideways image will appear. You need to have QuickTime 5 installed on your computer inorder to view the VR Tour.
Install or reinstall the QuickTime 5 plug-in software (Macintosh or Windows) in ALL of the Internet browsers on your system. If you initially installed Quicktime the plug-in only in your Internet Explorer and then you use your Netscape Navigator, you will not be able to access the VRs, as the plug-in hasn’t been installed in that browser.
