Value Plans

Value Plan dollars behave exactly like Flex Dining Plan dollars, in that they can be used at any on campus food location. See the list of locations under Flex dollars above.

 

Value Plan dollars may not be used for any non-food related purchase.

 

A minimum deposit of $240 on to a Value Plan is required to save the 13% tax savings for all on campus food outlet purchases.

 

Value Plans are available for purchase by the month, semester and year.

Value Plans are subject to GST and PST exemptions as set out by Revenue Canada guidelines.

 

Any Value Plan dollars remaining on your OneCard at the end of the calendar month in which your Value Plan expires, will automatically be transferred to your Convenience account and funds will be taxable.

 

From May 15 to September 15, you may request a full refund by visiting the OneCard Office. Please note that refunds take approximately 6 weeks and cheques will be mailed to the primary address the Registrar’s Office has on file.
