OneCard for University of Waterloo students

The following guidelines are to be followed regarding issuance of the Laurier OneCard to University of Waterloo students participating in courses/programs at Wilfrid Laurier University.

1. BBA/Math double degree students based at University of Waterloo receive a Laurier OneCard at no cost which gives them all the same rights as a Laurier based student (excluding bus pass) such as computer labs, photocopiers, printers, AC gym, Turret, etc.  Card is valid from September 1st until August 31st the following year.

2. Cross-registered students based at University of Waterloo in programs like the Geography Graduate program and those students in joint PhD Programs who are based at the University of Waterloo and are currently taking courses at Wilfrid Laurier have access to two types of Laurier Onecards:

i. Full student services card (excluding bus pass) which provides access to computer labs, photocopiers, printers, AC gym, Turret, etc.  This card is available to joint program and cross-registered students who pay the $29.56 student services fee per term at the Onecard office.

ii. Academic services card which provides access only to labs, photocopiers, and printers.  This card has no access to other student services including the bus pass.  This card is provided at no charge.

Both types of OneCard expire December 31st and April 30th (end of term) and as such are required to be renewed each term to be valid.
