Disputing charges made on OneCard |

You have 30 days from date of transaction to dispute a charge on your OneCard; after which the charge will remain. Special circumstances will be considered on a case by case basis by the OneCard Manager.
If you have lost your OneCard it is your responsibilty to deactivate it either online or in person at the OneCard office. If your lost card is used by someone else and you have not deactivated it then you will be responsible for the charges.
