Confirming Test/Exam Times and Locations

TEST AND MIDTERM SCHEDULES will be posted outside our main office (1C11) and online. Tests and midterms will begin at the same time as the rest of your class unless you have made other arrangements through the ALC (due to class or exam conflicts, illness, etc.).

To locate your booking on the schedule, look down the list for your course code and section, then across to find your ALC ID number (please contact the main office or your consultant if you do not know your ALC ID number); your start time and location will be listed beside your ALC ID number.

FINAL EXAM SCHEDULES will be posted outside our main office (1C11) a few days at a time; the full final exam schedule will also be available online on our website (a link will be posted on our home page approximately a week before finals begin and the schedule will be updated online regularly). Evening start times for final exams may need to be adjusted depending on your accommodations (notably the amount of extra time allotted). Please check the schedule at least 24 hrs prior to your exam date.

EXAM LOCATIONS

A campus map and a list of directions to our exam locations are provided below. Should you have any concerns about getting to and from an exam location (mobility issues, need of a guide, etc.), please contact our exam staff or your consultant as soon as possible.

EXAM LOCATIONS	DIRECTIONS
95 Seagram	Cross Albert Street at the Library onto Seagram Drive (past University Stadium), to the last house on the left side of the street. It is a small bungalow with no Laurier signage. The Granite Club is just past 95 Seagram.
232 King Street B01, B02 and B03	Cross King Street at the lights by the AC or Alumni Field. 232 King is the building next door to Phil’s. Exam space is in the basement and there are signs posted.
1C15 Computer Lab	Located on the left just down the hall from main office (1C11)
1C17	Arts Wing, around the corner from 1C11.
P XXXX	Peters Building. From the main office turn right and go down the hall, up the stairs, continuing to the right.
SBE XXXX	School of Business and Economics, aka Schlegel Building, located on the other side of the Peters Building.
192 King Street	Rooms are located on the lower (basement) level of the Career and Co-op Building, beside the King St. Residence at the corner of King St. and Lodge St.
