Please choose a form below to identify your needs to the Accessible Learning Centre.  Fill out the form and return to the Accessible Learning Centre, Room 1C11, Arts Wing, at Wilfrid Laurier University. Our e-mail is accessible_learning@wlu.ca. This form is intended for students who are entering Laurier and does not constitute registration in the Centre, but is the first step in the process. For current Laurier students, please contact our main office.
